Welcome to the Pikes Peak Jazz Series. To ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for all guests, please review the following guidelines and policies. Attendance at any Series event indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Event Information

Event dates, times, performers, and programming are subject to change. While we strive to maintain the published schedule, unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments. Any updates will be communicated as promptly as possible.

Tickets & Admission

  • Tickets are valid only for the event listed.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the ticketing provider.
  • Guests may be required to show valid identification for entry.
  • Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced.

Photography & Media Use

By attending the Pikes Peak Jazz Series, guests agree that they may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. Infinity Artists Group may use this media for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes across print, digital, and social platforms.

Marketing Communications

Guests who purchase tickets or sign up for updates may receive emails or announcements about upcoming shows, Series news, and related events. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Artist & Program Changes

Artist lineups, set lengths, and programming may vary. All promotional descriptions are for marketing purposes and do not guarantee specific performances or appearances.

Venue Policies & Guest Conduct

Guests must follow all venue rules and staff instructions. Infinity Artists Group reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates venue policies.

Accessibility

We aim to provide an inclusive and accessible experience for all attendees. Accessibility features vary by venue; guests needing accommodations are encouraged to contact the venue in advance.

Liability Notice

Attendance is at your own risk. Infinity Artists Group, participating venues, and partners are not responsible for personal injury, property loss, or damage occurring before, during, or after the event.

Weather Policy

Outdoor performances may proceed rain or shine unless conditions pose a safety concern. Weather-related updates will be communicated as needed.

Prohibited Items

Outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, and any items restricted by the venue are not permitted. Bags may be subject to search.

Refunds & Cancellations

If an event is canceled, refunds will follow the policies of the ticketing provider. If an event is rescheduled, original tickets will typically be honored unless otherwise noted.
